Terms and Condition
Rates are inclusive of Government tax and No Service Charge. Please read terms and conditions thoroughly before you start any booking.

ROOM TYPE
The hotel reserves the right to assign room(s) for all the guests. Pictures of rooms, amenities and hotel facilities are use for your preference or assistance only. It is not necessarily the actual set-up of the rooms and may vary from time to time.

ROOM POLICY
The hotel or resorts has the policy for all their in-house guests. Please abide their house rule to avoid charges. House rules can be read inside the room or you will be oriented by the receptionist upon arrival. All incidentals must be settled at the hotel before check-out. Please observe the check-in and check-out time of the hotel to avoid charges for early check-in or late check-out.

ROOM RESERVATION
1.Fill-up the reservation form.
2.We will send feedback regarding your reservation within 24 hours.
3.Reservation will only be confirmed upon payment of statement of account and should notify us through email if you deposited already prior to option date given.
4.If you pay thru Direct Bank transfer, you must send us the clear scanned copy of deposit slip.
5.Guest should pay prior to the given option date.
6.Reservation that lapsed the given option date shall be deemed cancelled.
7.Once full payment is verified, Boracay Online Booking Services will release the voucher to guest(s) as well as the official receipt thru your valid email address.
8.Confirmed transfer voucher indicates the name of guest, flight details, date of arrival and departure, pick-up time on its departure date and total number of guests to be acknowledged by our airport representative.
9.Confirmed hotel voucher indicates the name of guest, room type, number of rooms, number of nites and total number of guests to be acknowledged by the hotel.
10.Confirmed island activity voucher indicates the name of guest, date of activity, activity (ies) to avail and total number of persons.
11.Transfer voucher should be presented to airport representative upon arrival.
12.Hotel voucher should be presented to hotel upon arrival.
13.Boracay Online Booking Services will not be liable for any charges due to late check-in, in all airlines if guest won’t able to meet the scheduled pick-up time.

FOR VILLA, BEACH HOUSE AND APARTMENT
1.Check-in time is 2:00 PM check-out time is 12:00 Noon
2.Rentals for Villas, Beach Houses and Apartments are quoted in Peso currency (PHP) per night.
3.It requires one week or longer during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter or summer holidays and 3 nights minimum stay during non-holiday (lean season).
4.Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment(s) except in case of force majeure.
5.Advance payment is required. Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% down payment. The balance is due 3 days before guest arrival. Failure to make final payments on a timely basis will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservations.
6.Cash or Bank transfers are preferred. All bank charges covering the bank transfer shall be for the account of the remitter. Guest should send a copy of deposit slip to Boracay Online Booking Services thru email or fax.
7.Airfare, land & boat transfer, baggage handling and food are for the guest’s account. Linen and towels are included in all Villas. The linens and towels for all villas changed at the maximum every three (3) days.
8.Laundry facilities charge at Php 350.00.00 minimum 7 kilos per load/laundry.
9.The guest’s confirmation voucher must in all cases correspond to the number of persons registered. Failure to do so will result into the cancellation of the respective booking and forfeiture of the advance payment.
10.The houses are equipped with safety deposit boxes. Hence, all valuables should be kept in the safe at all times.
11.Upon check in and receipt of the keys, the guest take full responsibility of the houses, villas, apartments and beach houses with its corresponding inventory.
12.Damages and losses shall be charged accordingly. Loss of key will cost PHP1,200.00
13.Boracay Online Booking Services is not responsible if guests cancel their reservation upon arrival or just refuses to stay with any reason.
14.Php 3,000.00 administration fees will be charged for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by Boracay Online Booking Services.
15.Guest must comply on the terms and condition to be responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour when staying at the Villa/House (s) or Apartment (s). Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, management representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest (s) to vacate the Villa/House or Apartment.
16.Beach House, Villa and Apartment rented are exclusive only for the In- House guest. Parties are not allowed in the house, villas apartments and beach houses. Pets are also not allowed.
19. All guests must comply in regards with the waste segregation as a local legislation.

PAYMENT
1.Full payment will be required to confirm the reservation before or on the option date given.
2.Additional persons who would like to avail transfer either arrival or departure must only pay to Boracay Online Booking Services only.
3.Payment can either be Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal.
4.The confirmation voucher will be released upon verified of full payment.


AMENDMENT OF CONFIRMED BOOKING
FOR TRANSFER
1.Any amendments to all confirmed bookings should email us at
info@boracayonlinebookingservices.com <mailto:info@boracayonlinebookingservices.com> .  or call us at 0063 288-7452 / 00639177236987 at least 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.
2.Any changes of flight advised by the airline must be also advised to Boracay Online Booking Services so we can adjust the pick-up time.
3.Cancelled bookings 2 days prior to arrival will be charged 20% of the total transfer rate.
4.No Show guest is non-refundable.

FOR ISLAND ACTIVITIETS
1.Any amendments to all confirmed bookings should email us thru
info@boracayonlinebookingservices.com <mailto:info@boracayonlinebookingservices.com>  or call us at 0063 288-7452 / 00639177236987 at least 24 hours prior to scheduled date.
2.Any changes you want must be also advised to Boracay Online Booking Services so we can adjust the scheduled time.
3.Cancelled bookings 1 day prior to scheduled date will be charged 20% of the total rate.
4.No Show guest is non-refundable.

FOR HOTEL BOOKING
1.Any amendments or rebooking is strictly not allowed during high season, super peak seasons and holidays.
2.Any amendments in your confirmed booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be in accordance of room availability during low season only with corresponding charges. Changes are possible at the same hotel and changing hotels will always involve penalties outlined in this cancellation policy. No refund will be made for a shortening of stay, reduction in the number of rooms, or change of room type.
3.No Show guest is non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY
Boracay Online Booking Service will ensure to keep all your information highly confidential. We will not share any information to any third party and rest assured that everything is kept secured.
FORCE MAJEURE
Boracay Online Booking Services shall not be responsible for its failure to abide by this agreement where such failure is due to fortuitous event, natural calamities like typhoon, labor dispute, war, natural disaster (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) or circumstances beyond its control. Any payment made can be consumed within the agreed period of time of the hotel and subject to space availability and its season.  Failure to consume the payment on the specific period of time shall mean forfeiture of the said amount.
